How do I create a subscription?
Creating a subscription for a desired functional formula is a quick simple process that should take a few minutes. When adding a Product to your cart, please select the option to “Purchase a monthly subscription (SAVE 20%)” and proceed to check-out.
You will be required to set up a free account so you can manage your personal preferences, monitor your subscriptions and make changes if required.

What are the benefits of a subscription?
Tahiro subscription program save you 20% on each Order. Your Orders will be automatically processed on the schedule you selected, keeping you worry free.
Going out of town and need to hold off on receiving your next Order? You can simply adjust your subscription settings in your Account Dashboard, and resume the subscription when you get back home.
If you need a certain Order to be shipped to a different address, you can either change the shipping address on your account 10 days before the date you usually receive your Orders, or send us an email to Support@Tahiro.com and we will accommodate your request.

How do I manage my deliveries?
The beauty of Tahiro’s subscription program is that you have complete control over it. You may join the program whenever you’d like and leave the program whenever you’d like.
Should you need to edit your subscription, all you need to do is log into your Tahiro.com account and head to your Subscribe & Save profile to view your subscription(s) and their controls. You can add or remove items from an existing subscription, adjust your order frequency, and change your next order date, just to name a few.
Need to change your shipping address or payment method? You can select from any address or payment method already saved to your account or you can add a new one. Each subscription can have its own shipping address and payment method, so you’re not limited to just one for your orders.

How will I know when my subscription order is on its way?
You can expect an order confirmation email every time an order processes. All upcoming order dates are available in your subscription profile as well. We’ll also shoot you an email as soon as your order ships so you can track it from door to door. No surprises here!

When will I be charged?
You’ll be charged automatically on the date the Order is processed.

An order just processed that I wasn’t ready for. Can it be canceled?
If the order has already processed, you’ll need to reach out to our Customer Experience Team hello@tahiro.com to see how we can best assist. We’ll work together on the solution that’s best for you.

Tahiro Subscription Terms and Conditions
These Subscription Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are between you and Tahiro Inc. and govern our respective rights and obligations. Please note that your use of the Tahiro.com website is also governed by our website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, as well as all other applicable terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements on the Tahiro.com website, all of which (as changed over time) are incorporated into these Terms. If you sign up for an Tahiro subscription, you accept these Terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements.

Subscription Benefit
The subscription discount is 20% off for all products when choosing a recurring rebill frequency, and is outlined on the Tahiro.com product webpage. Discount applied may change for subscriptions created during disruptive sale events (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Semi-Annual Sale, etc). The subscription discount does not “stack” on top of sale pricing — only the greater discount will apply for a transaction. Subscription product pricing at rebill will apply the standard subscription 20% discount off. Applicable taxes and normal shipping rates and rules apply.

Subscription Cancellation
Your Tahiro subscription will continue until canceled. You may cancel or modify your Tahiro subscriptions at any time by using the Cancel Subscription form or by visiting your Account Dashboard.

Other Limitations
We reserve the right to accept or refuse your subscription at our discretion.
You may not transfer or assign any Tahiro subscription.
Tahiro subscribers are not permitted to subscribe for the purpose of resale, rental, or to ship to their customers or potential customers using their Tahiro subscription.

Fee and Renewal
The subscription fee is stated on the Tahiro.com product webpage. Applicable taxes, and normal shipping rates and rules apply to all subscriptions. We will attempt to honor your preferred shipping method of your Tahiro subscription, but as necessary, we reserve the right to process your subscription order using the next most economical shipping method.
If all eligible payment methods we have on record for you are declined for payment of your subscription fee, you must provide us a new eligible payment method promptly or your subscription will be canceled.
If you provide us with a new eligible payment method and are successfully charged, your new subscription period will vary depending on your chosen subscription. Visit your Account Dashboard and Subscription Orders to see renewal dates for your subscription.
UNLESS YOU NOTIFY US BEFORE YOUR RENEWAL DATE THAT YOU WANT TO CANCEL, YOU UNDERSTAND AND ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR TAHIRO SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY CONTINUE, AND YOU AUTHORIZE US (WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU, UNLESS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW) TO COLLECT THE THEN-APPLICABLE SUBSCRIPTION FEES, INCLUDING ANY APPLICABLE TAXES AND SHIPPING FEES, USING ANY SAVED PAYMENT METHOD WE HAVE ON RECORD FOR YOU.

Agreement Changes
We may, in our sole discretion, change these Terms in accordance with the Conditions of Use. Customers with an active Tahiro subscription will be notified via email at their Tahiro account email address of any changes to these Terms.

Termination by Us
We may terminate your Tahiro subscription at our discretion without notice. If we do so after you have been charged a subscription fee but prior to our shipment of the subscription order, your subscription will be canceled, and we will give you a refund of the applicable subscription fee. However, we will not give any refund for termination related to conduct that we determine, in our discretion, violates these Terms or any applicable law, involves fraud or misuse of any Tahiro subscription, or is harmful to our interests or another user. Our failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with these Terms will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.

Returns
All returns of Tahiro subscriptions are subject to the Tahiro.com Refunds Policy.
